BNUSC Registration

Welcome to Play Football Club Registration at Ballarat North United Soccer Club

Football Federation of Victoria have implemented a new Registration system called Play Football. 

Players/coaches/volunteers with an existing registration account:

1.    A player/coach/volunteer must claim their existing account with the new registration system to retain their registration history.

2.    The verification process is linked to the players/coaches/volunteers account email address, in order to receive an email with a verification code.

3.    If players/coaches/volunteers need to change their email address prior to verification, please email the Registration Officer with relevant details to update: signup.bnusc@gmail.com

You will be taken through the process online.  Instructions on how to register are also in this document: Registration Support.  Make sure you select Ballarat North United SC to register with our Club.  Volunteers and coaches are required to enter WWC details.

You can link multiple registrations to an account (eg families with multiple players).

Playing age group is determined by the age of the player as at 31/12/2018 (eg a child is aged 13, you would select U/15 age group).

Payment can be made in full (preferred) via online payment.  Other payment options are listed in the Registration Payment Policy

Ballarat North United Soccer Club (BNUSC) Fees 2019

Note some fees have increased due to FA/FFV mandatory fee increases.

Fees include one pair of BNUSC socks for all players.

Fees for Players U13-U17 include BNUSC shorts (to keep).

Playing tops are loaned to players for the season.

Once your Registration is Complete:

·       You are now pending awaiting approval or pending awaiting payment.  The Club Registration Officer will now complete the final step of accepting your registration.

·       Please note that you are not registered until you have been signed off by the Club Registration Officer, regardless of when you paid.  To be registered for the upcoming weekend, payment must be processed by 5.00pm Thursday.

·       Bank deposits will take two days to clear. Please do not leave it until the week before the first game as we cannot guarantee you will be processed in time to play.  Coaches will receive an updated player eligibility list to ensure that only registered players are playing.  Playing unregistered players will result in a fine.
